Hardly harlots


Women, men and children, including many locals, marched toward City Hall Saturday in the first-ever SlutWalk Philadelphia, a rally that aims to stop the presumption that women are raped due to their choice of attire. The march has taken place in several North-American cities and was first organized in Toronto in April when a police officer claimed, “Women should avoid dressing like sluts in order not to be victimized.” SPR
