A man stole a pizza order from a deliveryman in Point Breeze Sunday night.

The 43-year-old employee of Southside Pizza, 917 S. 20th St., transported a pizza to the 2100 block of Titan Street where he asked a man sitting on the stoop of the intended address if he had ordered the pie at 7:49 p.m, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said. The man demanded the grub and his cash when another man pointed a black automatic handgun at him and said, “stay right there. Give me the money and pizza or I will shoot you.”

The worker gave them the food, ran to his car and vacated the area uninjured, Tolliver said. He did not hand over money.

The first offender was described as black with a dark complexion, age 25, 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-7, 160 pounds, clean shaven and wearing a black jacket with a black hoody with the hood up over it while the armed offender was described as black with a dark complexion, age 25 to 30, 5-foot-8, 200 pounds and clean shaven; having a medium build and small nose; and wearing a black coat with the hood up.
