A medic unit arrived and pronounced her dead at 9:14 p.m., with law enforcement officials adding she lived on the 2000 block of Emily Street. According to preliminary reports, the decedent had been working as a cook at the Dickinson Square West business and was in the basement to prepare food with another hire who goes by the name “Noel.” The proprietor sent an order to the kitchen and ventured to the space when nothing came after 10 minutes. It was there he located the female.

Police said the suspect is 5-foot-6 with a thin to medium build and works in the restaurant field as a kitchen helper. He might have a cut to one of his hands and drives a white SUV.
