At 12:23 p.m. June 23, surveillance video captured the image of the male as he approached a residence on the 600 block of Addison Street in Queen Village. Removing a package from the front steps, he fled on a blue and white Indego rental bicycle in an unknown direction. On Monday, the Philadelphia Police Department added an update in the case, stating that at approximately 3:15 p.m. June 30, the same man rode the exact sort of bicycle to the 500 block of South 26th Street and removed a UPS package from inside the storm door of an abode. Placing it inside the handlebar of the rental’s mounted basket, he fled in an unknown direction.
