Readers’ Choice: A handle on her market

Gianna Ginnetti knew since her sophomore year at Neumann-Goretti High School that she wanted to be a real estate agent. Guess what the 2010 graduate is doing today. Yep, she is a real estate agent for the Center City-based Keller Williams. It seems she has established a strong following as the Readers’ Choice for top real estate agent.

“I am definitely super thankful for my family, friends and clients who voted for me,” she said. “It’s nice to be rewarded for the hard work I put in. I feel I am getting somewhere making people happy.”

Ginnetti said being a real estate agent doesn’t feel like a job as she loves it so much.

“I feel like I was meant to do it,” she said.

Many of her Center City clients have been asking about trendy areas in South Philly, and she tells them that Point Breeze, Passyunk Square and the Graduate Hospital neighborhoods are places to look. Point Breeze, for instance, has new three-story properties, with a roof deck, finished basement, two-and-a-half baths and three bedrooms on the 1300 block of Ringgold Street. When people hear about these hot neighborhoods, a common response is typically: “Wow! I can get a lot more house for my money.”

For those looking to make the move, Ginnetti will be ready to answer the call.

Sherry Esposito of Coldwell Banker secured a second-place listing while the team at Spectrum Realty drew customer support in third.
