The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the person(s) responsible for the murder of 54-year-old Thoung Nguyen. The incident dates to March 3, 2016, and remains unsolved.
The person of interest is believed to be Noel Ortea Lemus Del Cid, a 27-year-old Honduran national with the last known address of 1331 S. Ninth St. He is 5-foot-6, with a thin to medium build, and works in the restaurant field as a kitchen helper. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of “Noel” is asked to contact the Homicide Unit at 215–686–3334, or dial 911. There is a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction in all homicide investigations.
