On Thursday, June 15 at approximately 9 a.m., two unidentified males were captured on surveillance video walking in the 200 block of Monroe Street. Moments later, the complainant confronted a suspect from inside of his residence and the suspect fled.
Then, at approximately 11 a.m., both suspects were captured on surveillance video walking in the 1300 block of South 2nd Street. The first suspect was seen taking a cellular phone from the step of a residence and then fleeing in an unknown direction.
