Philadelphia Police officer Joseph Ellerby (middle), director of the Ford PAL Center, 609 Snyder Ave., was recently honored with an Achievement of Excellence Award at PAL’s 2017 Commander’s Luncheon. It was in recognition of Ellerby’s dedicated
service to Philadelphia youth. He also received a Service Award for 25 years of service to the Philadelphia Police Department. PAL commanding officer Lt. Evelyn Cintron and Deputy Commissioner Joseph Sullivan joined Ellerby for the presentation.
