Duncan Round has been charged with multiple offenses.
On Tuesday, July 25, the Department of Human Services responded to a victim’s’ residence in reference to a report of possible sexual assault. As a result, the DHS investigator notified the Special Victims Unit and the Philadelphia Children’s Alliance, which revealed that two victims disclosed they were being sexually assaulted by the offender, a 53-year-old male, Duncan Round, inside of their daycare located on the 600 block of South 9th Street. The assaults occurred on multiple occasions.
Round, who is from the 100 block of Cheyenne Trail in Medford Lakes, NJ, is charged with two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, contact with a minor, endangering the welfare of a child, corruption of minors, indecent exposure, recklessly endangering another person and indecent assault.
