Next month, Brigantessa, 1520 East Passyunk Ave., and sister restaurant Le Virtù, 1927 E. Passyunk Ave., will be introducing a tempting Benvenuti in Città menu every weeknight, featuring three courses from new executive chef Joseph Voller for $35 per person. The menus will allow guests to “dine along” during Voller’s upcoming research tour of Southern Italy with owners Francis Cratil-Cretarola and Cathy Lee. The teams at both restaurants, including Brigantessa chef de cuisine Adam Taylor, will contribute to the seasonal menus.
