Here is a saying you don’t hear everyday: The Philadelphia …. repeat as league champions. The Soul, the defending ArenaBowl champs, will have the hometown support as they attempt to accomplish that rarity in Philadelphia sports — winning back-to-back league championships. The Wine and Jazz Reception Under the Stars takes place 7–10 p.m. August 25.
