Bar Amis, 4503 S. Broad St. in the Philadelphia Navy Yard, is hosting a Beast of Amis pig roast and happy hour 4:30–6:30 p.m. tomorrow (Sept. 7). This is a chance to enjoy the warm weather as chef Brad Spence will be on site roasting and serving up some mouthwatering pork specials paired with killer happy hour drinks. The menu will include whole roasted pork sandwich with broccoli rabe and provolone and a pork platter of barbecue pork, green beans, summer salad and warm tortilla.
