Police Report: Police seeking robbery suspect

The Philadelphia Police Department has released surveillance footage connected to a robbery on the 600 block of Wilder Street.

According to the Philadelphia Police Department, on Nov. 13 at 11 a.m., the victim, a 26-year-old male, was sitting inside his vehicle when an unknown black male approached with his hand inside his pocket and opened up the passenger’s side door while threatening to shoot him. Once the victim handed over his wallet, the suspect fled on foot and was last seen north on 6th Street.
The suspect is described as a black male, 20 to 30 years old, 5-foot-6, think build, light beard and wearing a blue-hooded sweatshirt. If you have any information about this crime or suspect, please contact: South Detective Division at 215–686–3013/3014. DC 17–03–062749.

Wanted for aggravated assault

The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a suspect wanted in connection with an aggravated assault that took place on the 1000 block of Snyder Avenue.

On Oct. 25, at approximately 2:35 pm, an unknown male was captured on surveillance video entering a parking lot. Minutes later, when the suspect was exiting the parking lot, he was involved in an argument with a 59-year-old male victim. During the argument, according to police, the suspect pulled a large 2-by-4 piece of wood from the rear bed of his Nissan Frontier pickup truck and struck the victim in the face. The suspect then fled the area in an unknown direction.
