Charlotte, a 2-year-old, 5-pound chihuahua, was found as a stray in Philly with issues using her back legs. She had surgery while with the rescue for her one knee, and continues to get physical therapy for her back legs. Charlotte is still being treated with acupuncture and water therapy/swimming. She does not use back legs as she should, but gets around well with her disability. She wears diapers since she is unable to squat to do her business. She is good with other dogs and also cats. Charlotte is a sassy little girl who is looking
for a dedicated family who will love her for the special girl that she is.
