ShopCore Properties announces redevelopment of waterfront shopping center.
ShopCore Properties is excited to announce the redevelopment of the Columbus Crossing shopping center, which includes a full facade renovation and refresh of the tenant mix.
The waterfront property is located on the Delaware River at 1851 S. Columbus Boulevard, near the newly extended Penn’s Landing.
Columbus Crossing has been transformed into a center that now provides the area with national brands, such as T.J.Maxx, HomeGoods, Ulta and Old Navy.
