Weekly reports reports regarding theft and other incidents from the PPD’s third district.
From Sept. 10 to 16, there were three robberies throughout the third police district, with one arrests, bringing this year’s reported robbery totals to 167 with 44 arrests.
During this same time, there were two burglaries, including one arrests, bringing this year’s reported burglary totals to 170 with 40 arrests.
Also, during this time frame, there were 15 theft from autos, including no arrests in the third district, bringing this year’s reported theft from auto totals to 588 with 21 arrests.
The third district includes the east side of Broad Street to the Delaware River, the south side of Lombard Street to the north side of Washington Avenue, the east side of Sixth Street to the Delaware River, the south side of Washington Avenue to the Naval Business Center, the east side of Broad Street to the west side of Sixth Street and the south side of Washington Avenue to the Naval Business Center.
