SEPTA to offer free rides on BSL from Eagles-Colts game

NJM insurance group sponsoring free rides home from NRG Station.

Thanks to a partnership with NJM Insurance Group, SEPTA will provide fans free rides home from NRG Station on the Broad Street Line for Sunday’s Eagles-Colts game.

The Broad Street Line serves Lincoln Financial Field and other venues at the Sports and Entertainment Complex in South Philadelphia.

The free rides from NRG Station will begin at 3 p.m. and end at 7 p.m. The free-ride-home program is aimed at offering a safe and convenient post-game travel option for fans. Kickoff at the Linc is 1 p.m.

Please note: Regular fares will apply for all Broad Street Line travel to the game.

SEPTA will provide extra game-day service, with a total of 10 sports express trains added to supplement regularly scheduled local and express trains on the Broad Street Line. Sports express service will run every 10 minutes from Fern Rock Station from 10:10 a.m. until 12:20 p.m.

As the end point of the Broad Street Line serving the Sports and Entertainment Complex, NRG Station is a key transit hub for SEPTA and its customers providing frequent, reliable service and convenient connections for riders throughout the region.

The Market-Frankford Line, SEPTA trolley and bus routes, Regional Rail and the PATCO High Speed Line all provide convenient connections with the Broad Street Line.

To speed their trips to the game, passengers are encouraged to load funds on a SEPTA Key card before their travel or purchase a one-way quick-trip ticket.
