Weekly reports reports regarding theft and other incidents from the PPD’s third district.
From Oct. 29 to Nov. 4, there were nine robberies throughout the third police district in South Philadelphia with one arrest, bringing this year’s reported robbery totals to 193 with 58 arrests.
During this same time, there were six burglaries with no arrests, bringing this year’s reported burglary totals to 210 with 48 arrests.
Also, during this time frame, there were 12 thefts-from-autos, including one arrest in the third district, bringing this year’s reported theft-from-auto totals to 733 with 29 arrests.
The third district includes the east side of Broad Street to the Delaware River, the south side of Lombard Street to the north side of Washington Avenue, the east side of Sixth Street to the Delaware River, the south side of Washington Avenue to the Naval Business Center, the east side of Broad Street to the west side of Sixth Street and the south side of Washington Avenue to the Naval Business Center.
