Weekly reports reports regarding theft and other incidents from the PPD’s third district.
From Nov. 12 to 18, there were seven robberies throughout the third police district in South Philadelphia with no arrests, bringing this year’s reported robbery totals to 205 with 59 arrests.
During this same time, there were two burglaries with no arrests, bringing this year’s reported burglary totals to 218 with 49 arrests.
Also, during this time frame, there were 22 thefts-from-autos, including two arrests in the third district, bringing this year’s reported theft-from-auto totals to 780 with 33 arrests.
The third district includes the east side of Broad Street to the Delaware River, the south side of Lombard Street to the north side of Washington Avenue, the east side of Sixth Street to the Delaware River, the south side of Washington Avenue to the Naval Business Center, the east side of Broad Street to the west side of Sixth Street and the south side of Washington Avenue to the Naval Business Center.
