Weekly reports reports regarding theft and other incidents from the PPD’s third district.
From Dec. 31 to Jan.6, there were eight robberies throughout the third police district in South Philadelphia with three arrests, bringing 2019’s reported robbery totals to six with three arrests.
During this same time, there were six burglaries with no arrests, bringing 2019’s reported burglary totals to six with no arrests.
Also, during this time frame, there were 24 thefts-from-autos with no arrests in the third district, bringing 2019’s reported theft-from-auto totals to 22 with no arrests.
The third district includes the east side of Broad Street to the Delaware River, the south side of Lombard Street to the north side of Washington Avenue, the east side of Sixth Street to the Delaware River, the south side of Washington Avenue to the Naval Business Center, the east side of Broad Street to the west side of Sixth Street and the south side of Washington Avenue to the Naval Business Center.
