Weekly reports reports regarding theft and other incidents from the PPD’s third district.
From Jan.7 to Jan.13 there were seven robberies throughout the third police district in South Philadelphia with no arrests, bringing 2019’s reported robbery totals to 13 with three arrests.
During this same time, there were three burglaries with no arrests, bringing 2019’s reported burglary totals to nine with no arrests.
Also, during this time frame, there were 32 theft-from-autos with no arrests in the third district, bringing 2019’s reported theft-from-auto totals to 54 with no arrests.
The third district includes the east side of Broad Street to the Delaware River, the south side of Lombard Street to the north side of Washington Avenue, the east side of Sixth Street to the Delaware River, the south side of Washington Avenue to the Naval Business Center, the east side of Broad Street to the west side of Sixth Street and the south side of Washington Avenue to the Naval Business Center.
