Annual Philly Cooks event set for Feb. 6 at 2300 Arena

The festivity features food and cocktails from the top restaurants and bars in the city.

On Wednesday, Feb. 6, from 6:30 to 9 p.m., Philadelphia magazine and Foobooz will host the 2019 “Philly Cooks” — an event featuring food and cocktails from top restaurants and bars across the city. The festivities will be held at 2300 Arena, 2300 S. Swanson St.

Guests will have the opportunity to taste signature dishes from Philadelphia magazine’s 50 Best Restaurants list, meet the chefs behind the food, and drink cocktails from the city’s best bartenders.

This year’s participating restaurants include Amada, Ardiente, Baology, Barbuzzo, Cadence, Cheu Fishtown, El Vez, Fork, High Street on Market, Hungry Pigeon, Laurel, Le Virtu, Libertine, Oloroso, The Pineville of Fishtown Sarvida, Townsend, Vedge, Vetri, Village and Will BYOB.

The event is presented by Philadelphia magazine. Sponsors include Infiniti, Stella Artois, Restore Medical Marijuana Dispensary, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, The Food Trust, S. Pellegrino, Acqua Panna and Getaround.
