Weekly reports reports regarding theft and other incidents from the PPD’s third district.
From Jan.14 to Jan.20 there were two robberies throughout the third police district in South Philadelphia with one arrest, bringing 2019’s reported robbery totals to 15 with four arrests.
During this same time, there were seven burglaries with no arrests, bringing 2019’s reported burglary totals to 16 with no arrests.
Also, during this time frame, there were 19 theft-from-autos with no arrests in the third district, bringing 2019’s reported theft-from-auto totals to 72 with two arrests.
The third district includes the east side of Broad Street to the Delaware River, the south side of Lombard Street to the north side of Washington Avenue, the east side of Sixth Street to the Delaware River, the south side of Washington Avenue to the Naval Business Center, the east side of Broad Street to the west side of Sixth Street and the south side of Washington Avenue to the Naval Business Center.
