The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance identifying two suspects for burglary at 12th and McKean Streets.
On Feb. 28, at approximately 12:30 a.m., the two unknown suspects were captured on surveillance video entering the rear of an apartment building in the 2000 block of South 12th Street. Once inside, the suspects removed two bicycles from the building then fled the area.
