The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking suspect 19-year-old Tyquan “FATS” Atkinson in connection to the murder of 20-year-old Nicholas Flacco of Northeast Philadelphia who was fatally shot in FDR Park, located at 19th and Pattison Streets, last Saturday night shortly before 10 p.m.
Atkinson is described as an African American male who is 6’0” and 160 lbs. Police say he frequents the area of 10th Street and Oregon Avenue and 12th and Ritner Streets.
Atkinson is considered armed and dangerous, according to police.
