FDR murder suspect arrested in Chester last night

Tyquan Atkinson is being charged with murder, criminal conspiracy, Violation of Uniform Firearms Act and related offenses, police say.

On Wednesday, April 3 at 5:55 p.m., the Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Fugitive Task Force, in conjunction with the US Marshall Service, arrested 19-year-old Tyquan “FATS” Atkinson on the 800 block of Upland Street in Chester, PA.

Tyquan Atkinson is being charged with murder, criminal conspiracy, Violation of Uniform Firearms Act and related offenses, police say.

Atikinson was wanted in connection to the murder of 20-year-old Nicholas Flacco of Northeast Philadelphia who was fatally shot in FDR Park, located at 19th and Pattison Streets, last Saturday night shortly before 10 p.m.
