Second Street was a scene of celebration on Saturday as the Mummers saluted Saturnalian with a traditional serenade for winning the Fancy Brigade division in the 2020 Mummers Parade. Thousands gathered on the streets in unseasonably warm weather to take part in the festivities.
On New Year’s Day, Saturnalian won its fifth title in the club’s history and its first since 1986. First-year Saturnalian captain Tom Dougherty was also crowned the top Fancy Brigade Captain.
