Philadelphia Family Pride 11th annual Family Matters Conference

Philadelphia Family Pride will hold its 11th annual Family Matters Conference virtually on Saturday, Oct. 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The theme of the conference is “Our Community: The Power of Many Voices.” Philadelphia Family Pride will host a keynote conversation titled “Resistance is Not a Spectator Sport: Racial Reckoning in LGBTQ+ Life and Community,” moderated by faith organizer and PFP parent Naomi Washington-Leapheart.

More details about programming and registration can be found at https://www.pfpconference.org.

“When faced with not being able to safely gather in person, we decided to continue our programming virtually, and extended that to our biggest educational event of the year,” said Stephanie Haynes, conference organizer and the executive director of Philadelphia Family Pride. “Clearly, the need for programming and community connection is greater than ever.”
