Stephen Brown, Corporate Giving Manager, The Salvation Army of Greater Philadelphia and Erika Gunter, Executive Assistant, Hilco Redevelopment Partners, show off new coats to be given to families in need this holiday season.

Hilco Redevelopment Partners donated 450 pieces of new cold weather clothing and accessories to The Salvation Army of Greater Philadelphia on Monday.
The real estate development unit of Hilco Global, which recently purchased the property of the former Philadelphia Energy Solutions refinery on Passyunk Avenue in South Philly, made the winter attire available for Salvation Army workers to safely pick up from Hilco officials.

The Salvation Army will then distribute to local individuals and families in need.
The donation is part of a recently launched “Hilco Helps Warm the Winter” initiative serving
Philadelphia, Boston and Chicago. In total, Hilco Global has donated a retail value of over
$1,020,000 in winter clothing items through its Hilco Helps global philanthropic program.
