The Hair Cuttery Family of Brands recently donated $1,500 to Philabundance. Hair Cuttery participated in the #GivingTuesday global generosity movement on Dec. 1 by donating $1 from every haircut at its salons throughout the day to local food banks, including Philabundance. Because food banks typically see an increase in need over the holidays, as there are many individuals and families who can’t afford a spread to fill their tables, the hair salon brand wanted to join in to make a positive impact on its communities.
Hair Cuttery made the donation from a portion of the proceeds from hair services at the salons in Philadelphia.
