Virtual Reading of Love Letters – February 13 at 4 p.m., The National Marian Anderson Historical Society & Museum presents The Letters of Marian & Orpheus – A Love Story.
A live staged dramatic reading event of love letters between South Philly singing icon Marian Anderson & her husband, noted African American architect Orpheus Hodge King Fisher. Actor Brian Anthony Wilson will read as Orpheus Hodge King Fisher and soprano and actress Jillian Patricia Pirtle reading as Marian Anderson, also featuring music from the Marian Anderson Scholar Artist Program.
