A Reading Festival by Children’s Playhouse will take place on October 16 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Mifflin Square Park at 6th and Ritner Streets.
The Reading Festival will include City Councilman Mark Squilla, as well as local authors and television personalities.
The event will include movement and musical activities with Mr. Robb, games and other resources
