The ABBA After Dark sing-along will be Nov. 4 at the American Swedish Historical Museum.

November 4

ABBA After Dark sing-along – at 7 p.m. at the American Swedish Historical Museum at 1900 Pattison Ave. A fun-filled evening of live music, singing and dancing queens. You can listen in or sing along as The Philly POPS plays a variety of ABBA’s iconic hits on the museum terrace. Come dressed in your best ABBA attire for a chance to win tickets to the POPS Rocks ABBA: Mamma Mia! concert at the Kimmel Cultural Campus. ASHM galleries will be open and appetizers and beverages for sale. ASHM will open at 5 p.m. and will be serving nibbles, such as Swedish meatballs and Philly pretzels. November 5

The Prince Experience – at 9 p.m. at Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia, The Prince Experience, a Prince Tribute Band. Fronted by Gabriel Sanchez and playing all of the greatest hits from the Purple One himself, the band has been packing dance floors and setting stages on fire for over a decade. Tickets are $25.

November 6

A Celebration of Diwali – From 2-3 p.m. and from 4-5 p.m. at the Cherry Street Pier, Usiloquy Dance Designs presents a celebration of Diwali, the Festival of Lights, and a celebration of the vast South Asian diaspora who observe the festival, along with their culture and Dance. Based on the techniques of 2,000-year-old South Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam, the featured performance, crafted by Usiloquy Dance, focuses on the celebration of Diwali with two live 45-minute dance presentations followed by a short conversation with the artists. November 7

Toy Train Show – From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Train Collectors Association Atlantic Division will hold its Thanksgiving Toy Train Show and Sale at the Penns Landing Caterers (Sheet Metal Workers Union Hall), 1301 S. Columbus Blvd. There will be 140 tables with vintage toy trains and repair parts for sale, test track, operating toy train layouts, kids activities, and door prizes for adults and children. November 18

Drag Me to the Den – from 7:30-10 p.m. at the Devil’s Den at 1148 S. 11th St., the drag show features elaborate performances from local drag queens and kings, including Yari, Daught Ladell, Miss Elaine and Cleo Phatra, and will occur indoors in Devil’s Den’s dining room and bar area. Tickets are $15 but are available at a discounted cost until Nov. 11. 

November 19

Almost Selena and Mana Mana – at 9 p.m. at Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia, A tribute to the Queen of Tejano music, Selena Quintanilla, who lost her life in 1995 shortly after a breakthrough Grammy win. This show is a vibrant and exciting eruption of the musical talent that was Selena. Joining them is Mana Mana, a musical tribute band to one of the best-selling Latin music artists and most successful Latin-American bands of all time, Maná. Tickets are $25.

December 3

24K Magic – at 9 p.m. at Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia, 24K Magic, a Bruno Mars tribute show, offers a Bruno Mars concert experience with vocals, musicianship and choreography with hits like “Uptown Funk” and “24K Magic.” Tickets are $25.

December 4

Safe x Sound film screening – At 7 p.m. at A Novel Idea at 1726 E. Passyunk Ave., a film screening by Brianna Spause and Brian Walker of the Safe x Sound Film on inclusion, consent and diversity in the U.S. music community. A $5 donation is recommended.

March 5

Matt Fraser – At 8 p.m. at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia, Matt Fraser, America’s top psychic medium and star of E! Entertainment’s Meet The Frasers will take guests on a spiritual journey with live readings. Tickets are $55 and $65 and can be purchased at or
