N-G football dominates All-Catholic vote

Thirteen players from Neumann-Goretti’s football team achieved All-Catholic honors this year. The Saints won the Philadelphia Catholic League Blue Division with a perfect 7-0 record.

First-team All-Catholic selections were Brett Kwoka (Sr., OL, DL), Yazeed Haynes (Jr., WR), Jayden Sumpter (Jr., RB), Marqui Adams (Sr., QB), Anthony Johnson (Sr., LB), Raleigh Collins (Sr., DB) and Shawn Battle (Jr., DB).

Second-team selections were Nasir Faggens (Sr., OL), Amir Batts (Sr., WR), Jayden Styles (Sr., RB), Zaid Warren (Sr., RB, LB), Xavier Gaban (Sr., DL) and Khari Reid (So., DB).
