Dolphin NYE 2022 Extravaganza – House, Disco and Drag all night long with DJs Wassup Gina and Firestone at the Dolphin Tavern at 1539 S. Broad St. Hosted by Miss Thing with Complimentary Champagne Toast at Midnight. $20 tickets online. $30 at the door (space permitting).

Train Show – from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Train Collectors Association Atlantic Division will hold its Polar Bear Train Show and Sale at Penns Landing Caterers (Sheet Metal Workers Union Hall) 1301 S. Columbus Blvd.There will be 140 tables with a variety of vintage toy trains and repair parts for sale, test track, operating toy train layouts, kids activities, and door prizes for adults and children. Dr. Danielle Allen on “Our Declaration,” – from 6-7 p.m.,  Political theorist and author Dr. Danielle Allen will join the American Revolution Museum at 101 S. 3rd St. to discuss her groundbreaking book Our Declaration: A Reading of the Declaration of Independence in Defense of Equality.

The hybrid event will take place in the Museum’s Liberty Hall and will be livestreamed for ticketed online viewers. Proof of vaccination required for the onsite event.
