During this interactive class, Chef Alexander will guide you through the rich history and preparation of ceviche, a dish that dates back to the days before the Inca Empire. You’ll learn how to source and select the freshest ingredients, and you’ll be shown the step-by-step process to create this refreshing and flavorful Peruvian specialty. Please note that participants will work together in their booking groups, sharing ingredients and equipment throughout the class. Drinks are available for purchase at the venue, but no outside beverages are allowed.

Event Price and Conditions

Tickets for the class are priced at $59 per person. This is a 21+ event, and participants must arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in. Drinks are not included in the ticket price but are available for purchase from the venue. Please remember that outside drinks are not permitted.
