BOCCE LEAGUES

In last Thursday’s women’s games of the South Philadelphia Bocce League, PFC defeated Mazza Bros., 12-10; Southern Auto beat City Pizza, 12-5, and Mazza, 12-4; and City Pizza took the win over PFC, 12-2. In Tuesday’s men’s games, Cacia’s Bakery defeated Camilli Chiropractic, 12-9, and Casa dei Pazzi, 12-2; Pine Nuts beat Chef’s Market, 12-4; Rudi’s Formal Wear took the win over Pine Nuts, 12-9, and Camilli, 12-8; and Casa defeated Chef’s Market, 12-7. Men’s games are played Tuesdays and women’s games are played Thursdays starting 7:30 p.m. at Guerin Recreation Center, 16th and Jackson streets.


CAPITOLO WOMEN’S SOFTBALL

DOC BROOKS BANQUET

The Doc Brooks basketball banquet will be held Saturday at Vare Recreation Center, 26th and Morris streets. The banquet will start at 1 p.m. Call 215-768-3842.


DVYAA BASEBALL

The association is accepting registration for its spring baseball programs weeknights, 6-8, and Saturdays, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., at Barry Playground, 18th and Johnston streets. Age groups are 5-7 (tee-ball), 8-9 (peewee), 10-12 (majors) and 13-15 (seniors). Call 215-468-1265.


EOM BASEBALL

GORETTI BASKETBALL CAMP

JOE FORTUNA BASEBALL/TEE-BALL

Signups are being held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8 p.m. at Murphy Rec Center, Third and Shunk streets, for the spring baseball and tee-ball league for ages 4-19. MODIFIED SOFTBALL LEAGUE

PHILLIES ROOKIE LEAGUE

Capitolo Playground, Ninth and Federal streets, is holding registration for an instructional baseball league for ages 12 and under. Call 215-685-1883.


RIZZO RINK

Rizzo Rink, Front Street and Washington Avenue, is taking registration for spring roller hockey for boys and girls ages 6-14 Mondays-Thursdays, 6-8 p.m. Fee is $60. A birth certificate is required at time of registration. Games will begin in early April. Call 215-685-1593.


SABRES BASEBALL

Registration is being held every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30-8 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. through April at Sixth Street and Packer Avenue. The age divisions are 4-6 (tee-ball), 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15 and 16-19. The cost is $50 for tee-ball and $85 for all other divisions. All teams are welcome. SENATORS BASEBALL

The Philadelphia Senators youth baseball league will sponsor two 12-and-under teams this season. Based at Sunoco Field, the organization is seeking 11- and 12-year-olds who want to travel and compete against the best athletes from around the country while playing 80 games this spring and summer. SENIOR SOFTBALL LEAGUE

SEYAA BASEBALL/TEE-BALL

Baseball and tee-ball registration is underway. The season will begin April 24. The age divisions are 4-6 (tee-ball), 7-8 (pitching machine), 8-10 and 10-12 (live pitch), and 13-15 and 16-19 (Babe Ruth). The cost is $60 for tee-ball and $70 for all other divisions. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
