All-Star Labor Classic


The 2009 All-Star Labor Classic, featuring local high school basketball players, is 1 p.m. Sunday at La Salle University’s Tom Gola Arena, 1900 W. Olney Ave. Neumann-Goretti’s Chip Reitano is coaching City Girls’ squad, while seniors LaRon Byrd (Girard Academic Music Program), Andre Gillette (Neumann-Goretti) and Ferg Myrick (Prep Charter) made the City Boys’ roster. Admission is free for students and kids and $5 for adults.



BOCCE SCORES


In last week’s women’s bocce action, City Pizza defeated Pastificio, 12-9; Southern Auto defeated Mazza Bros., 12-7; Pastificio defeated Southern Auto, 12-0; and Mazza Bros. defeated City Pizza, 12-10.


BOK FOOTBALL REUNION


The Edward Bok Tech football program is holding a reunion 7 to 11 p.m. April 17 at The Waterfall Room, Snyder Avenue and Water Street. Alumni, teachers, coaches, parents and friends are invited to celebrate the program’s history. The $40 admission fee includes dinner buffet, open bar and entertainment. D.V.Y.A.A. BASEBALL 


D.V.Y.A.A., 18th and Johnson streets, is accepting registration for baseball 6:30 to 8 weeknights and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays for T-ball (ages 5 to 7); peewee (8 to 9); majors (10 to 12); and senior (13 to 15). Call 215-468-1265.



EOM BASEBALL
