A man was fast asleep when two armed men approached him inside his home requesting money and drugs early Friday.
The 34-year-old was awoken at 12:47 a.m. by the duo, who searched the home on the 2800 block of Winton Street after making the request, but left empty handed, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence.
One of the men was described as black with a dark complexion, in his 20s 5-foot-8, stocky, with a full beard, wearing green cargo shorts and armed with a silver handgun while the other man was described as black with a medium complexion, in his 20s 5-foot-10, stocky, with a beard and armed with a black handgun.
