Authorities are looking to locate 54-year-old Lorraine Napoli, of the 1100 block of McClellan street, who went missing at 11:35 p.m. Dec. 17. Police said she suffers from depression and was operating a black 2012 Jeep Wrangler with the Pennsylvania tag GDB-9708.
