Law enforcement officials are hoping to collar two women who robbed a Pennsport beauty supply store.
At 11:45 a.m. May 19, the at-large females entered CosmoProf, 1100 S. Columbus Blvd., and selected flat iron curlers from a shelf. Attempting to leave the location without paying, they encountered a woman, who, upon trying to stop them, suffered a blast from a pepper spray-producing device.
After incapacitating the uninjured complainant, they fled in a white model Ford SUV that witnesses last saw heading west on Washington Avenue toward Front Street.
