Authorities are looking for a man who robbed a girl in Girard Estate.
Surveillance video captured the image of the individual at 7 p.m. July 21 as he wandered around 16th and Ritner streets. After an hour, he began to follow a 14-year-old girl on the 2400 block of South 16th Street, eventually grabbing her phone and fleeing the area on Ritner Street.
