After four years of frustration with the Center City parade route, it’s back to Broad Street tomorrow — assuming there’s no sudden hailstorm, of course. The Mummers — well, at least the Comics, Fancies and String Bands — voted to return to their traditional New Year’s Day strutting path after four years on Market Street.
The first clubhouse will hit the street at 9 a.m., and they’re not stopping until around 6 p.m.
In case of inclement weather, the parade will be rescheduled for Saturday.
The Fancy Brigades will host two shows at the Pennsylvania Convention Center tomorrow, at noon and 4 p.m. Tickets must be purchased through Ticket Philadelphia inside the Kimmel Center, Broad and Spruce streets.
