The death of a man with a pillowcase binded around his neck in Point Breeze has not been ruled a homicide, according to police.
Police found a 31-year-old lying on the floor of the second-story bedroom on the 1800 block of Manton Street at 9:31 p.m. Monday, Officer Tanya Little of the Police Public Affairs said.
He was pronounced dead 12 minutes later, Little said.
