Ballistics evidence was recovered from a Newbold home’s rooftop Monday afternoon.
Police responded to the 1400 block of Morris Street at 4:05 p.m. where a 32-year-old man told police he had heard gunshots at about 3:30 p.m. and noticed his rear, second-floor glass rooftop window was damaged.
Police believe the bullets originated on the 1600 block of South 15th Street, but their intended target it unknown. Police did not discover anyone who was harmed or any additional property that was damaged.
