A teen exposed himself to a woman in Marconi East last week.
The 24-year-old female was headed home when the 14- to 15-year-old walked up to her on the 2700 block of South 12th Street at 8:50 a.m. Sept. 9, exposed himself, made lewd comments and fled southbound on 12th Street, according to a police bulletin.
The boy was described as black, 5-foot-7, thin, having short hair and wearing a blue sweater and khaki pants, which may have been a school uniform.
