Authorities are looking for a Point Breeze man allegedly responsible for a West Philly homicide.

The U.S. Marshals Service has identified Robert “Bobby” Anderson, 28, of the 1800 block of Morris Street, as one of the alleged shooters that gunned down 17-year-old Tremaine Rogers on his block — the 900 block of North 64th Street — at 4:06 p.m. July 13, according to authorities.

Anderson, who is 6-foot-1, 200 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes and a tattoo of an eight-ball on his left hand, allegedly shot the teen in his back after a dispute during a basketball game.

Tyreek S. Hall, 26, of Southwest Philly, was arrested for his role in the homicide Aug. 26 in West Philly, according to police and court records. Hall is being held without bail and has been charged with murder, conspiracy, possession of an instrument of crime and firearm violations.

It is unclear who was the shooter.

There is a $1,500 reward for information leading to Anderson’s arrest.
