Thousands of thrilled locals and out-of-towners ventured to The South 9th Street Italian Market Festival Saturday and Sunday to mark 100 years of vendors’ devotion to offering great goodies. The occasion, which stretched from Federal to Fitzwater streets, included 100 merchants hawking their wares, included a fine arts and craft show, a half ball tournament, a family fun zone and a Procession of the Saints.
