An at-large individual used a knife to pull off a robbery in Dickinson Square West.
An employee at T&R Mini Market, 1526 S. Fourth St., was working at approximately 10:30 p.m. Aug. 30 when an unknown male came to the counter and demanded money, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said. He quickly moved to the side of the counter and produced a knife to intimidate her. Grabbing a handful of cash, she gave it to the aggressor, who ran northbound on Fifth Street.
She described him as white, approximately 25 years old, 5-foot-7, and approximately 190 pounds; and having short brown hair and a slight beard.
