Police have released the image of a man sought for two thefts in South of South.
Surveillance video showed the man at 7 p.m. Aug. 1 as he removed a package from a 2500-block-of-Montrose-Street residence. He placed the item into a trash can and quickly walked away. He returned to the same block at 4 p.m. Aug. 31 and nabbed another package, repeating the means of concealment.
